Either portal, either order, any day. The board keeps the last pull from each side, so clicking MyBelen today and Showbie on Friday still merges both. You never have to do them together.
MyBelen reads its data feed, not the page. So the view you are in does not matter, and it collects two weeks back through four months ahead rather than just the month on screen.
Signed in as a parent, one click gets both boys. The parent login reaches every child from any page in the portal, so you do not have to open anyone’s Assignment Center or switch between them. Click it from your MyBelen home page and Gonzalo and Vasco both land. Signed in as one of them instead, it pulls just that boy.
The key rides inside the bookmark's address, so it can end up somewhere public by accident — pasted into a search box, caught in a screenshot, left on a machine that is not yours. Replacing it takes seconds: the old bookmarks stop working immediately and you drag the new pair up.
